2. Eligibility

- Use Astra for unlawful purposes.
- Create, obtain, facilitate, or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated imagery (AI NCII), sexual deepfakes, or sexual exploitation material. This prohibition also applies to all Google APIs, Google user data, and other connected services used through Astra.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfere with the operation of the platform.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Abuse, exploit, or overload the service.
4. AI Responses
AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Astra. However, you grant Astra permission to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI services.
6. Intellectual Property
The Astra website, branding, software, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without permission.
7. Availability
Astra is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or continuous availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
9. Account Suspension
Astra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or engage in activity that may harm the platform or other users.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Astra after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
